Vacation Bible School 2003

During the first week of August, director Kim Cobb led over 75 children and 30 volunteers in a week-long SCUBA (Super Cool Underwater Bible Adventure) experience. The school met each evening from 6:30—8:45 and included singing, crafts, Bible stories, recreation, snacks, and skits. The week culminated in a Friday evening presentation for parents, families, and friends followed by a cookie reception for everyone.

Children sing about God's
everlasting love.

Kids who attended Vacation Bible
School donated nearly 300 pairs of
socks and shoes to the mission
project: Socks and Shoes for
Orphan Souls. Each footprint
represents one shoe or sock
that was donated.

Byron Holtry (seated, center), Mary Ann Sedlacek

lead kids in a quiet game during recreation as
Marian Brown (standing, right) waits to help them
prepare a snack.

Craft class is a fun, creative place.
